
Places to visit in the car this Easter with the family!
1. Knowsley Safari Park
Located in Knowsley it is the perfect place to take your children this Easter. With attraction such as the tiger trail, sea lion display and animal talks. The baboon bus is also available to pop on see the baboons in action unless you’re brave enough to visit them in your own car! It’s a great car trip for all the family. 2. Sefton Park
With the weather set to sore this weekend why not take advantage of the lovely weather with a visit to Sefton Park. Keep the children entertained in the car with plenty of snacks and car games such as stopping road signs. Sefton Park has plenty of parking spaces when you arrive as well as park, café and the beautiful palm house. Situated just down the road from Lark Lane which is littered with quaint little cafes.
3. Crosby Beach
Why not breathe in the fresh sea air and take a stroll along the beach front. With a costal path perfect for bike riding make sure to put the bikes in the boot to make the most out of your trip! Crosby beach is also home to the ‘Another place’ sculpture by Anthony Gormley which look fantastic as the sun begins to set!
4. Blackpool Pleasure Beach
Located just over an hour away from Liverpool Blackpool Pleasure beach is the perfect day out this Easter. With plenty of rides to keep the children entertained as well as Nickelodeon land, adventure golf and their new rollercoaster icon. It’s worth the drive! Keep the children entertained in the car by planning which rollercoasters they’ll visit with the park map.
5. Snowdonia
A two hour drive from Liverpool Snowdonia has lots to offer for a great day out with the family. From Snowdonias national park to Zip world velocity you are spoilt for choice. Make sure youre got enough refreshments to last the whole car journey, plan little stops along the way and download a movie or new game for the children to play.
