Whose products do we offer?
Walton Hall Garage Limited t/a Georgesons Cars, PayAsUGo Finance and eCars247 is a Credit Broker not a Lender and can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and finance products to assist with your vehicle purchase. We are not an independent financial advisor and do not make recommendations, however, we will provide you with information on products which may suit your requirements based on information you disclose, to assist you in making an informed decision on your purchase.

We will provide you with information to assist with your funding decision on:• Credit Agreements – Hire Purchase, Conditional Sale, PCP, Personal Loan. Please ask for a list of our funding partners.
What will you have to pay us for our services?
No fee is payable for our services. Lenders pay a commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the particular vehicle, product or amount you borrow. Different lenders pay different commissions for such introductions. However, any such amounts lenders pay us will not affect the amount of interest you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned (Further information is available on request)
We receive a proportion of premium paid for insurance policies as commission from our insurance providers, if you decide to enter into an agreement with them
Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. General Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 90% of the claim with no upper limit. Compulsory forms of insurance (e.g. Motor Insurance) are covered for 100% of the claim with no upper limit. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS. Please note - finance products are not covered by this scheme.
Warranty pricing information
All of the vehicles we supply include a dealer backed warranty unless you opt out of this cover. The warranty is in addition to, and will not affect your statutory rights. We promote and present all of the vehicles we sell on our website www.georgesonscars.co.uk and at our showroom with a 12 months warranty included in the price. Extended warranty cover is entirely optional. If you were to choose to opt out of the extended 12 month warranty a discount of £395 would be applied to Georgesons “Value Range” vehicles, a discount of £495 would be applied for “Standard Range” vehicles, and a discount of £795 for vehicles which have been identified as “Prestigious” - such as Land Rover, Jaguar and Porsche products. Vehicles marketed on www.ecars247.com,or any third party website such as www.autotrader.co.uk are advertised at an already reduced price, and with a limited 30 day “back to base” warranty
Data Protection & GDPR - Fair Processing Notice
Your personal data is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Some or all of your data that you supply to us in connection with your finance or insurance proposal will be passed to insurers and other companies in order to operate your contract (for example underwriting, premium collection, claims handling). We will pass your details to our partners in order to offer some forms of finance or insurance. We will not pass your details on to any third parties for marketing purposes, and nor will we contact you without your prior consent in relation to marketing of any products or services we offer.
If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies. Law enforcement agencies may access and use this information. We and other organisations may also access and use this information to prevent fraud and money laundering, for example, when: Checking details on applications for credit and credit related or other facilities, managing credit and credit related accounts or facilities, recovering debt, checking details on proposals and claims for all types of insurance and checking details of job applicants and employees
