Arrival & Check-In
The first step is a comprehensive check-in, where our team inspects the vehicle and identifies any work it might need. From here, it moves into our preparation process.

147-Point Vehicle Health Check
At the heart of this process is our 147-Point Vehicle Health Check. This is where we go above and beyond. While the AA standard covers 128 checks, we include an additional 19 - so you can drive away knowing every detail has been looked at. From the engine and electrics to tyres, brakes, fluids, and even a full road test, nothing is missed.

Mechanical Preparation
If the health check identifies any required work, our expert technicians carry it out to ensure the car is in excellent working condition. Only once the car is mechanically sound does it move forward.

Alloy & Wheel Care
Next, wheels and alloys are inspected and refurbished to ensure they look their best.

Cosmetic Preparation
Then comes the cosmetic preparation. Every car goes through SMART cosmetic repair to bring back its original shine - so it doesn't just drive like new, it looks the part too.

Full Valet
After that, it's time for the full valet experience. Inside and out, every car is treated like a VIP: a polish on the outside, a shampoo and deep clean on the inside, and those finishing touches that make all the difference.

Photography & Video
Before any car appears online or on our forecourt, it heads into our photo and video studio. This gives you the chance to see every angle, every feature, and every detail with complete transparency - so you know exactly what you're getting before you visit.

Quality Control
A final round of checks is carried out to confirm the car meets our retail standards.

Ready for Sale
Only when it passes every stage is the car placed on our forecourt or online - fully prepared, fully approved, and ready for you.
