Since 1955, Georgesons Cars has been a trusted name in helping generations of families across Merseyside find their perfect vehicle. Situated on the same spot in Anfield for nearly 70 years, this family-run business has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service, outstanding value, and peace of mind to its customers.
Founded by brothers Joe and Peter Georgeson, the original site was purchased for just £100 in 1955, with vehicles sold for as little as £10. Fast forward to today, the same site now accommodates up to 300 vehicles and is led by third-generation owner Mike Georgeson, who has been at the helm since 1974.
Over the decades, Georgesons Cars has overcome challenges, including a devastating fire in 1972 that destroyed the entire premises. Operating from a humble caravan, the family rebuilt the business from scratch within just five years, demonstrating resilience and dedication that continue to define the company.
One of the defining qualities of Georgesons Cars is its enduring connection with the community. Many families across Merseyside have trusted the dealership for generations, with customers returning time and again to purchase vehicles for themselves and their families.
